สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครกว่างโจว ขอเชิญชวนผู้ที่ชื่นชอบอาหารไทยในมณฑลกวางตุ้งและมณฑลไห่หนาน เข้าร่วม “โครงการครัวไทยสู่กวางตุ้ง (Thai Kitchen to Guangdong)” ผ่านเมนูอาหารไทยสูตรต้นตำรับ ๑๐ รายการ ได้แก่  แกงเผ็ดเป็ดย่าง  ปูผัดผงกะหรี่ ปลานึ่งมะนาว น้ำตกคอหมูย่าง ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง ยำส้มโอ ต้มยำกุ้ง แกงเขียวหวาน ทอดมัน และผัดไทยกุ้งสด

ผู้สนใจสามารถส่งคลิปวิดีโอแนะตัวท่านและประสบการณ์ของท่านกับอาหารไทย ความยาวไม่เกิน ๓ นาที ส่งมาที่ WeChat Official Account สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครกว่างโจว (ตาม QR Code ด้านล่าง) ภายในวันที่ ๑๕ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๔ โดยผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะได้รับเชิญมาร่วมถ่ายทำทำคลิปวิดีทัศน์อาหารไทยข้างต้น ร่วมกับแขกรับเชิญของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ และเชฟจากร้าน Thai Alley และร้าน Mango Tree ในวันที่ ๑๙ - ๒๐ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๔

สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ จะแจ้งผู้ที่ได้รับคัดเลือกผ่านทาง  WeChat Official Account ของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ภายในวันที่ ๑๖ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๔

泰王国驻广州总领事馆诚邀广东省和海南省内喜爱泰国美食的人士参与“Thai Kitchen To Guangdong”项目,拍摄10道正宗泰国菜单中的美食视频如下:红咖喱烧鸭、咖喱炒蟹、柠檬蒸鱼、猪颈肉片沙拉、芒果糯米、柚子沙拉、阴功虾汤、绿咖喱汤、炸鱼饼、泰式大虾炒米粉。

有意者可于2021年3月15日前发送长度不超过3分钟的简介视频至泰王国驻广州总领事馆官方公众号（请扫下面二维码），介绍自己及与泰国菜相关的经历。通过选拔者将获邀与泰领馆邀请的其他客人以及来自泰爱里餐厅及芒果树餐厅的大厨一道，参加2021年3月19-20日上述泰菜视频拍摄。泰王国驻广州总领事馆将于2021年3月16日前通过官方公众号公布通过选拔者名单。

The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Guangzhou wishes to invite those who are enthusiastic in Thai cuisine to join us in our “Thai Kitchen” Project. We will show you how to cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes popular with local people:  Roasted Duck in Red Curry, Stir-fried Crab with Curry, Steamed Fish with Lime Sauce, Spicy Grilled Pork Neck Salad, Mango Sticky Rice, Spicy Pomelo Salad, Tom Yum Kung (Thai Spicy Prawn Soup), Green Curry with Chicken, Shrimp and Fish Cakes, and Pad Thai (Thai-Style Fried Noodles with Prawn).

Guangdong and Hainan residents interested in participating in the activity can send us a three-minute long video clip the WeChat Official Account of the "Royal Thai Consulate-General in Guangzhou" by March 15, 2021 (QR Code is below). The video clip should include a self introduction and share your experience with Thai cuisine.  Selected applicants will learn Thai cooking from the master chefs of Thai Alley and Mango Tree restaurants on March 19-20 2021. The cooking tutorial sessions will be made into a series of 10 short video clips and shared with other Thai food lovers on the social media platforms of the Royal Thai Consulate-General, partners, and friends.  

The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Guangzhou will announce the  selected participants on our WeChat Official Account by March 16, 2021.
