TRAVEL TO THAILAND

 

STEP 1 - CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY: check if you are eligible to enter Thailand, in which category of permitted person are you and which type of visa you need to apply (see details)

STEP 2 - APPLY FOR VISA: a VALID visa or re-entry permit will be required in order to apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE). (see details)

STEP 3 - APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF ENTRY (COE): Starting from 18 November 2020, non-Thai nationals who wish to travel to Thailand by flights departing on 23 November 2020 onwards are required to apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE) at https://coethailand.mfa.go.th

** Application sent to the Embassy’s e-mail after 18 November 2020 will not be accepted.

COE approval process:

(1) => applicant registers + uploads visa and initial required documents

(2) => waiting for pre-approval (within 3 working days)

(3) => applicant uploads flight and ASQ confirmation

(4) => waiting for final approval (within 3 working days)

(5) => COE approved: applicant print COE from website

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: applicant MUST submit COE application at least 7 working days before departure date and upload flight and ASQ confirmation at least 3 working days before departure date. An overall process will take 5 to 15 working days depending on the correctness of submitted documents. In case of providing unclear or invalid information/documents, applicant may have to re-apply for COE which will take longer processing duration.   

 

FLIGHTS TO THAILAND: Travelers may enter Thailand by repatriation flights arranged by the Embassy or the Thai Consulate-Generals in China or by semi-commercial flights. For further details about semi-commercial flights such as operation schedule, airfares, and reservation procedures, please contact the airlines directly:

 

UPON DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL IN THAILAND: The traveler will be requested to present the following documents:

      (1) Certificate of Entry (COE)

      (2) Completed Declaration form

      (3) Medical certificate attesting that the traveler is fit to travel (Fit to Fly/Travel Health Certificate)

      (4) Medical certificate with RT-PCR method laboratory result attesting that the traveler is free from COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours before travelling

      (5) Confirmed booking of 14-day Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) or Alternative Hospital Quarantine (AHQ).

      (6) Health insurance policy with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000 covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 during stay in Thailand.

Disease Prevention Measures: Please kindly informed that upon arrival into Thailand, the non-Thai visitors will be subject to 14-days Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) with their own expenses and will be requested to comply with relevant disease prevention measures prescribed by the Government of Thailand.

出行泰国

 

第一步:查看赴泰条件 — 查看自己是否符合赴泰条件、所属被允许入境人员类型及需要申请的签证类型。(参阅详情)

第二步:申请签证 — 申请入境许可证(COE)需有效签证或有效回头签。(参阅详情)

**签证和COE两者独立审批,获得签证不代表即可获批COE。

第三步:申请入境许可证(COE)— 自2020年11月18日起,所有申请人必须通过此网站进行入境许可申请coethailand.mfa.go.th

***领馆将不再受理2020年11月18日后本人到现场提交的入境许可申请。
   入境许可证审批流程:
   1.申请人注册 + 上传签证及其他所需基本资料
   2.等待预审(3个工作日内)
   3.申请人上传机票订单和官方指定隔离酒店(ASQ)确认单(请于15日内完成上传,否则须重新申请)
   4.等待终审(3个工作日内)
   5.入境许可证通过审批后,申请人通过网站进行打印。

重要提醒:申请人必须在出行日期前至少7个工作日提交入境许可证申请在出行日期前至少3个工作日上传机票订单和官方指定隔离酒店的确认单。整个审批流程需5-15个工作日,具体时长取决于申请人提交资料的完善情况。若所提交资料内容不清晰或无效,申请人可能要重新申请入境许可证,将会花费更长的受理时间。

赴泰航班:旅客可通过驻华使馆或总领事馆安排的撤侨或半商业航班进入泰国,关于半商业航班的更多信息,例如:航班时刻表、机票费用、预订流程,请直接联系航空公司。

出发及到达泰国:旅客须出示以下资料:
   1.有效泰国签证/回头签;
   2.入境许可证(COE);
   3.填写完整的声明书;
   4.适航健康证明(Fit to Fly/Travel Health Certificate);

  1. 出发前72小时内的新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明,限定使用RT-PCR实验检测方法;
    6.14天的官方指定隔离酒店(ASQ)或官方指定隔离医院(AHQ)确认单;
    7. 可在泰国治疗包含新冠肺炎在内的健康医疗保险单,有效期需覆盖在泰停留时长,且保额不低于100,000美元。
    *所有资料必须是英文版或附有官方泰文翻译的中文版

防疫措施:抵达泰国后,非泰国籍旅客须自费进行为期14天的官方指定酒店隔离,且须遵守泰国政府规定的相关防疫措施。
