The proposal for the Thailand Creative and Design Center Surin (TCDC Surin), designed by architects Jenchieh Hung and Kulthida Songkittipakdee of the Bangkok-based architectural firm HAS Design and Research, has received the 2024 Best Grand Prize in the Unbuilt Category at the Ideal Architecture Festival (IAF) in Guangzhou Design Week, China.

泰国创意设计中心素林（Thailand Creative and Design Center Surin）提案由曼谷著名HAS Design and Research建筑事务所主持建筑师Jenchieh Hung洪人杰和Kulthida Songkittipakdee设计，荣获2024年广州设计周IAF锋建筑节年度最佳大奖未建类别。
