ในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2556 นางสุพัตรา ศรีไมตรีพิทักษ์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครกว่างโจว ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะอธิบดีและรองอธิบดีของหน่วยงานระดับมณฑลและนครกว่างโจว รวม 9 หน่วยงาน เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมและขยายความร่วมมือกับประเทศไทย หน่วยงานเหล่านี้มีบทบาทในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของมณฑลและสร้าง “กวางตุ้งเป็นสุข” (Happy Guangdong)

1. เมื่อวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนางหวง เสี่ยวหลิง รองอธิบดีกรมกิจการภาพยนตร์วิทยุและโทรทัศน์มณฑลกวางตุ้ง

2. เมื่อวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายหวู รุ่ยเฉิง อธิบดีสำนักงานกิจการชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลมณฑล

3. เมื่อวันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายเว่ย จงหลิน รองอธิบดีกรมการศึกษาธิการมณฑลกวางตุ้ง

4. เมื่อวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ  พบกับนายฟาง เจี้ยนหง อธิบดีกรมวัฒนธรรมมณฑลกวางตุ้ง

5. เมื่อวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายจู จ้งหนาน อธิบดีสำนักกิจการสื่อและสิ่งพิมพ์มณฑลกวางตุ้ง (Guangdong Provincial  Press and Publication Administration)

6. เมื่อวันที่ 21  กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายกัว หยวนเฉียง อธิบดีกรมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและการค้าต่างประเทศมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ( Department of  Foreign Trade and Economic Coorperation of Guangdong-GD DOFTEC ) โดยมีผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กงสุลฝ่ายส่งเสริมการลงทุน และหัวหน้าศูนย์ข้อมูลธุรกิจไทยในจีน (BIC) เข้าร่วมด้วย

7. เมื่อวันที่ 22  กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายเจิง ข่ายจาง ประธานสภาส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศแห่งประเทศจีน (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade-CCPIT) ประจำนครกว่างโจว โดยมีผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ณ นครกว่างโจวเข้าร่วมด้วย

8. เมื่อวันที่ 26 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายหวง เหวินมู่ รองอธิบดีกรมสิ่งแวดล้อมมณฑลกวางตุ้ง โดยมีนางสาวบุศรา กาญจนาลัย รองกงสุลใหญ่ฯ เข้าร่วมด้วย

9. เมื่อวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 กงสุลใหญ่ฯ พบกับนายฝาง ชิ่งฝาง อธิบดีกรมการเคหะและการพัฒนาเขตเมืองและชนบทมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ( Department of Housing And Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province ) โดยมีรองกงสุลใหญ่ฯ เข้าร่วมด้วย

หลังการหารือ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้มอบกระเช้าผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพจากประเทศไทยเนื่องในโอกาสเทศกาลตรุษจีน ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ในกระเช้าส่วนหนึ่งเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ภายใต้โครงการ 1 ทูต 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์

Consul-General Called on Executives of Guangdong’s Media, Economic, Cultural and Educational Agencies.

In February 2013, Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Consul-General, paid a courtesy called on Directors-General and Deputy Directors-General of 9 different department of  Guangdong province and Guangzhou, to discuss on ways and means to further promote Thailand’s cooperation with Guangdong. These departments play an important role in developing the province’s economy and contributing to “Happy Guangdong”.

1. On 4 February 2013, Consul-General Suphatra called on to Mrs. Huang Xiaoling, Deputy Director-General of Guangdong Radio, Film & TV Administration of Guangdong Province.

2. On 4 February 2013, Consul-general Suphatra called on to Mr.Wu Ruicheng, Director-general of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.

3. On 6 February 2013, Consul-general Suphatra called on to Mr.Wei Zhonglin, Deputy Director-General of Department of Education of Guangdong Province.  

4. On 7 February 2013, Consul-General Suphatra called on Mr. Fang Jianhong, Director-general of Cultural Department of Guangdong Province.  

5. On 20 February 2013, Consul-General Suphatra called on Mr.Zu Zhongnan, Director-general of Guangdong Provincial Press and Publication Administration.

6. On 21 February 2013, Consul-general Suphatra called on Mr.Guo Yuanqiang, Director-General Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong (DOFTEC). The commercial and investment promotion consults as well as Head of the Thai Business Information Center (BIC) also attended the meeting.

7. On 22 February 2013, Consul-General Suphatra called on Mr.Zheng Kaizhang, Director-General of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) of Guangdong Province. The commercial consul also attended the meeting.

 8. On 26 February 2013, Consul-General Suphatra called on Mr. Huang Wenmu, Deputy Director-General of the Environment Protection Department. Ms.Boosara Kanchanalak, Deputy Consul-General also attended the meeting.

9. On 27 February 2013, Consul-General Suphatra called on Mr.Fang Qingfang, Director-General of the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development. Deputy Consul-General Boosara also attended the meeting.

After the meetings, Consul-General Suphatra presented Thailand baskets on the occasion of the Chinese New Year. The baskets contained a variety of Thai quality products including those featured as “1 Mission 3 Products”.
